Instructions for Use
 
1. Continuous Wave Technique: Introduce the heat plugger into the root canal. 
Measure the heat plugger 3-4mm short of the working length.
Sear off the apical portion of the obturation material 3-4mm short of the working length.
Use the appropriate BL- Condenser ( size: #35, 40, 50, 60) for the apical condensation of the obturation material.
 
2. When the apical condensation has been complete, introduce the needle of the backfill obturation device for approximately 5-10 seconds inside the root canal. While sustain pressure on the trigger of the obturation device, extrude the thermoplasterized obturation material and fill to the orifice of the root canal. Use the BL-Condenser (size #70, 80, 100, 120), to condense the obturation material at the coronal aspect.
 
 
Maintenance
 
1. Prior to use, use the ultrasonic cleaner to remove the excess debris and disinfect. 
2. Completely dry the pluggers prior to placing in the auto clavable bag. 
3. In order to prevent cross contamination, autoclave at least 135℃ (275℉) for 3 minutes. 
4. After autoclaving the pluggers, do not contaminate with other instruments.
 
 
Precaution
 
1. In order to prevent overfilling of obturation material, avoid excessive apical pressure.
    Also, avoid excessive pressure to prevent possible apical root fracture.
 
2. Avoid Contamination. Use proper aseptic technique.
 
3. Use a pen grip with a proper finger rest for stabilization of the plugger while condensing.
